1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscription plans and one-time fees charged by AffiliateReel, Inc. ("AffiliateReel"). It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new paying customers, AffiliateReel offers a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid subscription. To request a refund:

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account;
Include the subject line "Refund Request" and your order or invoice number if you have it;
We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.

3. Monthly Subscription Renewals

Monthly subscription renewals (after the initial 30-day window) are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access to paid features through the end of the billing period.

4. Annual Subscription Prorated Refunds

For annual subscription plans canceled after the initial 30-day window, AffiliateReel will, at our discretion, issue a prorated refund of the unused portion, less a $20 administrative fee, upon written request. Refunds are issued at the per-month rate, not the annual-discounted rate.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

Usage-based fees already incurred (e.g. overage charges, pay-as-you-go credits already consumed);
Add-on credits or third-party pass-through costs;
Accounts terminated by AffiliateReel for violation of the Terms of Service;
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original charge for subscription plans, except as described in Section 4.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please email us first at [email protected] — we can almost always resolve issues within one business day. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and are subject to our Terms of Service.

7. Free Trial

Where AffiliateReel offers a free trial, no payment is collected during the trial period and no refund is necessary. You may cancel at any time during the trial. If you choose to convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial, the 30-day money-back guarantee period begins on the date of conversion.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment method and issuing bank, the funds may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account. International payments may take longer due to currency conversion and intermediary banks.
